Virginie Héloire has run IT organisations as CIO and IT Director. Jurgen Lust has led architecture practices, review boards and engineering teams, and still writes code himself.
We lead IT organisations as interim CIO, IT Director or Head of Architecture, and we take on the strategy, the budget, the teams and the suppliers.

Virginie worked for me during my period at Kingfisher Plc as an Enterprise Architect. During this period Virginie personally delivered IT strategy, roadmaps and detailed architectures in the Data, Information, Application and Content spaces.
